Giffard offers a very wide range of highly flavoured and colourful pure sugar syrups which have been pasteurised to ensure a perfect preservation.
The syrup is sweeter than lemon despite the aromas and tangy, fresh juice of a citrus fruit. Natural acidity of lemon sweetened by sugar.
