Description
Giffard offers a very wide range of highly flavoured and colourful pure sugar syrups which have been pasteurised to ensure a perfect preservation.
The syrup is obtained by juice concentration from the heart of the agave. A sweetening power two times higher than sugar cane (therefore use in smaller quantities) and a very low Glycemic Index. No preservatives, although rather thick, this syrup will perfectly dissolve in hot and cold drinks.
