Description
Giffard offers a very wide range of highly flavoured and colourful pure sugar syrups which have been pasteurised to ensure a perfect preservation.
The syrup is made from ripe bananas with a light note of vanilla and with a touch of hot spices (cinnamon). Caramelized and cooked finish (reminiscent of banana bread).
The banana is consumed as a fruit or a vegetable (plantain) depending on the region of the world. It is not a juicy fruit, it can be pureed to be mixed into a drink. Giffard Banana syrup allows you to simply add the typical and exotic taste of banana to all your drinks.
