Description
Giffard offers a very wide range of highly flavoured and colourful pure sugar syrups which have been pasteurised to ensure a perfect preservation.
The syrup is made from pure sugar syrup made from the concentrated juice of lychee and lemon. Beneath its thick pink-red skin, the flesh of the fruit is white-translucent, juicy, sweet and slightly tart. The fruit can be eaten simply peeled, or cooked, but also prepared in juice as is, or mixed into a drink.
