Description

Giffard offers a very wide range of highly flavoured and colourful pure sugar syrups which have been pasteurised to ensure a perfect preservation. 

The syrup is made from pure sugar syrup made from concentrated mango juice, no preservatives. The fruit is large, the color of its skin varies from one species to another, its flesh is yellow-orange, juicy, sweet, fruity and slightly floral. It is consumed as a fruit, dessert, ice cream, it brings a fruity and tropical touch to drinks, and in some parts of the world it is occasionally used in savoury dishes.
