Description
Giffard offers a very wide range of highly flavoured and colourful pure sugar syrups which have been pasteurised to ensure a perfect preservation.
The syrup is made from natural aromas. The fruit is widely used in food, often grilled for an aperitif but also sweetened or plain in pastries. The sweet flavors typical of the pistachio and its almond notes are also very popular in drinks.
