LAGOM casa (“home” in Italian) was designed as a tribute to the simpler times of our earlier journey as home coffee enthusiasts. We wanted a simple home coffee grinder that is reliable, with low retention, and produces delicious coffee effortlessly, all while looking great in our humble coffee corner. This is the grinder we wished existed back then.
In-house developed conical burrs - the Mizen series
The Casa burrs adopted our 65mm conical burrs geometry, which we developed in-house based on taste and our preference for light roasts.
Precision focused built
Consistent with our standard of quality, all critical components on the Casa are CNC-machined to tight tolerances. The designs and care taken during assembly ensure an excellent alignment straight out of the box. The grinder's shaft is supported by a triple bearing arrangement, providing a stable and concentric grinding that deliver reliable grinding performance.
Easy to use, easy to clean
The Casa integrates features that we considered are essential for the ideal home grinder. This includes a clicker for clearing retention and an auto-switch-off function for convenient operation. Its direct grind-to-cup workflow ensures convenience and versatility, while its design allows for straightforward cleaning when required.
