The Finca Milan series is of Caturra variety and is processed through culturing, bringing you a variety of fruity notes. Finca Milan is located in the Risaralda Department, in the central foothills of the Andes Mountains. The culturing process is where ripen red cherries are selected for mixed microbial fermentation. The cherries are first separated by density, tested for sugar content, and classified by quality. After depulping, the cherries, still in parchment form with mucilage, are mixed with pre-cultivated microbes.
